Steplessly adjustable air temperature thanks to the integrated power electronics. Power control via galvanic isolated 4...20mA interface for controller/SPC or rotary potentiometer directly on the device. Device and heating element protection with an alarm contact.

  • Easy integration in process automation thanks to the galvanically isolated 4..20mA interface for stepless power control built into the air heater
  • Direct control or precise regulation of air temperature through PLC
  • Manual temperature adjustment with remote control cable and external potentiometer
  • Direct connection of an ext. temp. controller (LHS SYSTEM CSS) to the 4..20mA control interface for precise temp. regulation plus the display of target and actual temps. Also adjustable alarm option via the zero potential relay contacts on the controller
  • Operation as “LHS PREMIUM” possible at any time, thereby achieving greater independence from external systems and faster process optimization
  • Protection against manipulation. The potentiometer function can be deactivated for remote control operation
  • Compatible with the existing Leister blower and nozzle range
